How do we accelerate food system change using economic incentives, sustainable certification and social marketing?

This workshop will explore how the food system can be moved towards greater sustainability by harnessing the power of the marketplace. The energy to drive a change can be found only if each link in the food production and distribution chain gains by adopting the practices and values of sustainable agriculture and proving that they have done so to the other links.
