How do we create a food and farm bill appropriate for the 21st Century? The 2007-08 farm bill negotiation was a stalemate lasting months, indicating change, with urban legislators gaining more power over food and farm policy. This panel of experts with first-hand experience in the federal food fight will explore how we might align a broader set of stakeholders to ensure major gains in 2012. Should we maintain the current framework or start over?
